Update your Directory contact information

There are two places where you can change contact information. You can change your contact information on your listing, or on the account itself. Each of these have two different purposes.

Change your listing contact information:

Changing your listing will change what is displayed publicly to people searching for a therapist and the email potential clients use to contact you. To change your listing:

1. Click on your listing in the Dashboard
2. Click "Edit" n the top right of your listing
3. Change your contact information on the edit page
4. Submit your changes

It may take up to 48 hours for us to review and publish your changes.

Change your account contact information

Changing your account contact information changes your login information for the site. An account owner may have more than one listing, each with different addresses, under a single account. Your account contact information is used to send you details about your account, updates about the COC site (if you are subscribed), and payments.

1. Navigate to your Account Settings Page
2. Change your name or email address within the Contact Information tab
3. Change your password with the Change password tab
