Reset Your Password for the Directory Site

If you would like to reset your password, follow these steps and tips:

If you are resetting your password while logged in: 

We have a password reset option under Account settings.

• Navigate to your Account Settings page
• Click on the Change Password Tab
• Click Change Your Password

If you cannot log in and need to reset your password: 

You can use the Forgot Password process to regain access to your account.

• Click on "Log in \ Register" in the top menu and then "Clinician Login"
• Click on the "Forgot Password" link under the login form
• Enter your email address or username
• You will be emailed a link to reset your password

If you are having trouble resetting your password: 

In order to keep the site secure, we ask users to use strong passwords. In order to be accepted, your password should be:

• at least six characters
• contain at least one symbol
• contain at least one number
• Not be too easily guessed (e.g. “qwerty” “123456” or “password”)
